The questions we hear most about pricing.

What counts as a message?

Only the messages we send count — a reply from the AI assistant, or a message someone on your team sends from the dashboard. Messages your customers send you are free and unlimited, and they never touch your allowance. (From 1 October 2026 Meta charges us per message sent rather than per conversation, which is why the allowance is counted this way.) Messages on your website live chat widget don't count either.

How do the voice minutes work?

Your plan includes an AI voice assistant that answers your phone when you can't — it takes the job details and logs the enquiry like any other. Minutes are counted from the length of each answered call, rounded up to the next minute. Basic includes 100 minutes a month, Team includes 500. Need more? Top up at £12 per 100 minutes.

What happens if I run out of messages or minutes?

Nothing breaks. We'll let you know when you're at 80% and again at 100%, and you can top up (£3 per 100 messages, £12 per 100 minutes) or move up a plan. We never cut you off in the middle of a conversation or a call — no customer of yours will ever hit a wall because of your allowance.

How does the free trial work?

Basic and Team both come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. During the trial you use the real thing: the AI assistant, the enquiry dashboard and customer records.

What happens after the trial?

After 14 days, if you decide to continue, your chosen plan starts billing (Basic £69/mo, Team £199/mo, + VAT — launch offer prices; standard prices are £99 and £249). No contract — it's month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Do prices include VAT?

All listed prices are before VAT — i.e. "+ VAT". Applicable VAT is added at checkout and on your invoice.

Can I cancel anytime? Is there any lock-in?

No contract, no lock-in. Billing is month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle.

Is setup really included?

Yes. Every plan includes technical setup and onboarding — we build your assistant from your own business info and set up your workspace, so you don't touch the technical side.
